All New Zealand orders over $200 receive free delivery. Tax is included.

You will receive an email to confirm order is on the way once its dispatched. You may contact the carrier directly for updates on tracking and also contact us at kiaora@maioha.nz 

New Zealand

Auckland 1-3 business days
North Island 2-3 business days
South Island 3 business days 
Australia 3-10 business days 

After processing, orders shipping within New Zealand are due to arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Rural addresses may require an additional 1–2 days for delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been finalised.

Please give a physical address when placing your order as parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. For all orders being shipped within New Zealand, we use Please specify the business name if a parcel is being sent to a business address.

Also all deliveries are tracked with signature required.

Australia

This service costs $25.00 and depending where you are, delivery timeframes vary.
After processing, the estimated delivery period for overseas orders is 3–10 working days. Once your order has been finalised, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please give a physical address when placing your order as we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Our courier service's delivery times are not a guarantee as there may occasionally be delays that are unavoidable.


All deliveries are tracked with signature required.

 

Customs duties & Taxes 

Please be advised that you may be required to pay import tariffs, taxes, and customs clearances when ordering from outside of New Zealand or when you want your item shipped outside of New Zealand.
These fees are imposed by the destination country or another foreign entity after a shipment reaches that country. The prices listed on this website do not include these fees. If you would need further details on the related duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees, kindly get in touch with your local customs office.


Returns 

We are aware that on occasion, returning an item to us may be necessary due to a fault with the piece. If you need to return an item, please let us know within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Your item must be as new, in the original packaging and in the same condition on receipt, in order to be eligible for a return. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered won't be accepted and will be sent back to the purchaser.

You are liable for paying any taxes, tariffs, and customs fees associated with deliveries made outside of New Zealand.

Gift cards are not eligible for a return. Please fill in this Returns form here.

Exchanges

Please contact us at kiaora@maioha.nz within 10 working days regarding the piece you would like to exchange an item for.

Any goods purchased must be returned unopened, unworn and in the original packaging. Damaged / altered items or soiled pieces won't be accepted and will be sent back to the purchaser.

Every exchange is subject to stock availability and any price difference must be paid (or refunded) before the item is shipped.


Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been delivered and examined. Acknowledgement or rejection of a refund will also be relayed to you via email.

If your refund request is accepted, it will be completed within 10 working days and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
Alternatively you may also request a store credit.

Sale Items

Only items with regular prices may be returned; regrettably, items on sale cannot be returned.

Gifts

If you are returning a gift, you will either get a gift credit for the amount you paid for it or you can exchange it. Gift purchases are not refundable, and receipts will be required.

Unfortunately, unless otherwise specified, any item that is returned to us from outside of New Zealand must be paid for by you.
